 Tennessee at the turn of the century.  Maw was a healer, Pap was a doer, the three boys
 were learners, and Kate, the youngest, was adored by all.  Their escapades growing up
 lead them into danger, sadness, and fun as they cope with the culture of the times.
  Narrated by the eldest boy, Cullen, these stories chronicle his life and the lives of his
